Here’s how to add a KPI tag:

  1. First open a backlog ticket.
  2. Navigate to the KPI section in the backlog ticket.
  3. Click on the [+ Add KPIs] button
  4. Search or select from existing KPIs, and voila you have adding at KPI to your ticket!

Here’s how to create a new KPI tag:

  1. First open a backlog ticket.
  2. Navigate to the KPI section in the backlog ticket.
  3. Click on the [+ Add KPIs] button.
  4. Click on the [+ Create new KPI] button.
  5. Fill out the Metric field with the name of the KPI.
