Here’s how to add a KPI tag:
- First open a backlog ticket.
- Navigate to the KPI section in the backlog ticket.
- Click on the [+ Add KPIs] button
- Search or select from existing KPIs, and voila you have adding at KPI to your ticket!

Here’s how to create a new KPI tag:
- First open a backlog ticket.
- Navigate to the KPI section in the backlog ticket.
- Click on the [+ Add KPIs] button.
- Click on the [+ Create new KPI] button.
- Fill out the Metric field with the name of the KPI.
