Insights are a great way of sharing and communicating your information about a customer journey, a specific page or piece of content, an important performance metric or feedback, and etc. It plays a crucial role in fostering collaboration and keeping your team aligned with observations and feedback. Creating an insight from a comment

It seems that you or someone from your team has left an insightful comment on a card. Turning this comment into an insight would be a great way to ensure everyone on your team can view it in the Insights Report, while also highlighting the card with valuable information.

Important tip: When an insight is created for a card, it becomes linked to that card. As a result, in the Insights Report page the insight will display the card’s image along with all its relevant information.
