There are four main elements that help make up the canvas, these elements are:
The canvas is your customer journey mapping area, this is where you’ll see all your channels and content.
Pan to move around the canvas to see your mapping in action.
Mouse: Click the [left mouse button] and drag to move around the canvas.
Trackpad: Click the [left-click] and drag to move around the canvas.
Zoom in to take a closer look, or zoom out to see the bigger picture.
Mouse: Use [scroll wheel] on mouse to zoom in and out. Scroll up to zoom in and scroll down to zoom out.
On canvas: Use the plus icon [+] to Zoom in and the minus icon [-] to Zoom out.
The toolbar is your hub for interacting with to the canvas. You can Zoom in and out, center your canvas, and most importantly create insights!
The navigation bar helps you find your way in and out of the canvas.
